For the houseboats there is possible to use platforms of different structure and raw materials. It is possible to make a platform also from wooden beams, but in our projects we recommend to use metal supporting platform.
Metal platform is like a stable foundation for house, which allows to transport the building more safe and to exploit it in much more intensive conditions, also it increases the product’s longevity.

 

If the houseboat will be placed in fresh water, then it is possible to use painted metal platform, but, if the watercraft will be placed in salt water, then it is advised to use galvanized metal platform, in order to protect the structure from rust and increase its longevity.   
Unless it is allowed by the building dimensions, we design the metal platform partially demountable, so it is possible to dismantle the sides easily and quickly during transportation, therefore reducing transportation dimensions and, of course, significantly reducing transportation costs and restrictions.

 

Each platform model is adjusted according to customer’s desires, expected engine power, as well as if there is scheduled a manhole in floor for a direct access to the water from the sauna steam room.
The platform structure and complexity depends on type of pontoons, which will be used for the watercraft.
