The manufacturing process for floating buildings is performed in Milliard LTD production, which is located in Europe, Latvia, Jelgava Municipality, Platones Civil Parish, "Amatnieki". Manufacturing and assembly is performed in the same building in order to provide an accurate process and quality supervision.

 

After conclusion of agreement on project manufacture and purchase you may feel safe that at any moment you are welcome to visit us in order to see the phase of readiness of your project, or just to enjoy good coffee and to discuss some new ideas for the realization of your dream. 

The structure of the building framework and body is made independently from the floating platform, which allows you to install any of projects also on land fundament. 
Building dimensions are customized to transportation dimensions, so it is possible to deliver the product to the water reservoir, specified by the client, in partially compound condition. 

 

Each project may be customized for both – in terms of client’s desires and project layout, equipment and design solution. We advise to select a natural wooden colour to see the beautiful aging of wood.

 

In average the manufacturing process takes about 2-4 months, depending on amount of changes to be performed for the offered boathouse projects.

 

Development of individual project design takes more time and there you need to consider additional 3-6 months for designing works, as well as additional designing costs.
